19 Troubleshooting
Remedy
► Pull out the activation key.
► Remove the battery.
► Do not use the lawn mower and
consult a STIHL specialist dealer.
► Pull out the activation key.
► Remove the battery.
► Clean the lawn mower.
► Allow the lawn mower or battery to dry.
► Set a higher cutting height.
► Switch the lawn mower on in lower
grass.
► Remove the battery and fit it again.
► Engage self-propulsion.
► If the self-propulsion fault persists:
consult a STIHL specialist dealer.
► Pull out the activation key.
► Remove the battery.
► Allow the lawn mower to cool down.
► Clean the lawn mower.
► Do not switch the lawn mower on too
frequently within a short time.
► If working with self-propulsion
engaged: set a lower speed.
► If working with self-propulsion
disengaged: go forwards slower.
► Set a higher cutting height.
► Mow shorter grass.
► Remove the battery.
► Clean the lawn mower.
