- Page 3 Assembly instruction Step 1, Insert part 2-axle into the hole of part 1 (Note: insert from the side with metal plate), Use the wrench to secure the axle with part 3 and then part 4. Step 2 And then the same for the opposite side hole, insert the axle to the hole (note: insert from the side with metal plate) and secure it with part 3 and part 4.

Step 7, put the foam on the handles, it will be much easier to lubricate the tube with some soapy water Step 8, secure the handles to the pedals with the bolt-part 12. Assembling finished, before you start using this product, please make sure all screws are tight.
