Replacing Belt (Fig. 9, 10)
Follow the instructions below to replace the blower belt on the unit
or bring the blower to a D
WALT factory service center, a D

authorized service center, or other qualified service personnel. Always
use identical replacement parts.
1. Remove battery and slide the lock-off switch to the locked
position.
2. Remove the four belt cover screws (9A) from the belt housing
and remove the belt cover (9B) as shown in figure 9.
3. Pull the belt (10A) off from the bottom wheel shown in figure 10.
Once off it will easily slide out of the top.
4. Wrap the new belt around the top wheel and pull it down over the
bottom.
5. Replace belt cover.
6. Replace belt cover screws.
