My bms turned on during initial start up using power button, but no output voltage. battery is okay. i just replaced the battery old BMS

Аккумулятор питает электроколяску оттобок б500, 2 двигателя по 350ватт. Аккумулятор 60ампер 24в. Аккумулятору год прошло с момента приобретения. Пользуюсь в теплый сезон, храню дома. Перезарядов и разрядов не допускал. Прокатился день, приложение jk bms показывал 47% остаточного заряда но спустя 500метров аккумулятор отключился bms показывал по нулям. Почему мог произойти такой резкий откат заряда
