6. Warranty
• When worn under normal conditions and in compliance with the inst-
ructions for use, we guarantee a useful life of 2 years (legal warranty).
• In the event of a manufacturing or material defect, ABC will replace the
nipples within two (2) years from the date of purchase. Please contact
your specialist medical dealer for this.
• Please note that the warranty does not include the adhesive strength of
the adhesive surface.
• The useful life of the adhesive surface, i.e. its adhesive power, varies and
depends on the care of the product and, when worn on the skin, on the
condition of the skin and the personal hygiene of the wearer.
7. Incident Reporting
• Only serious incidents relating to the product, which lead to a serious
deterioration of the state of health or death, must be reported to the
manufacturer or competent authority of the EU Member State. Serious
incidents are described in Article 2(65) of Regulation (EU) 2017/745
(MDR).
