2.08 Packaged: The Business Set within its packaging is designed
to withstand normal handling during shipment.
2.09 Unpackaged: The telephone and the handset are designed to
withstand accidental dropping during normal use, without sustaining
damage, as follows:

Telephone: when dropped on any face or corner from a height of
750 mm (30 in).
• Handset: when dropped from a height of 1.5 m (5 ft).
2.10 The M5009 Business Set operates to its full potential through
twisted pair wiring on transmission lines selected by the rules given in
297-2011-180.
