Basic Operation

1) This unit uses a built in Lithium Ion Battery, which can be charged by either your computer's USB port or
the included charger. To extend the life of the player, it is advised to charge the battery after it has been
drained.
2) Please ensure that the ON/OFF switch is in the ON position when charging.
3) When charging with the attached charger, the player will automatically turn on and display the charging
screen (the battery icon changes continually), and the green LED of the charger is lit. The red LED is the
power indication LED and the green is the charging indication LED. When the battery is full and the display
prompts "battery full", the green LED on the charger will turn off.
4) Please charge for 8-24 hours for the first two charges. You will only need to charge between 3 and 5 hours
for subsequent charges.

Touchpad lock:

To avoid accidentally pressing the touchpad, you can lock it by pressing and holding the power button
and the MODE key at the same time. A picture of a closed lock will appear on the screen. To disable the
touchpad lock, press and hold the power button and MODE key again. The picture of the lock will open
and you will be able to use the touchpad again.
