Step 7.
Place another straight coupler tube to the other end
of the bent arm without foam on the right and the left.
You can keep them lying flat on the ground for now.
Step 8.
Slide nylon pivot straps over each of the straight
coupler tubes on each side.
Ensure that the bracket is facing the spa on each side.
You will attach this to the side of the spa in step 16.
Step 9.
Ensure the cover is closed and is square on the spa.
