Break-in procedure
Pre-Trip Checklist
Perform the following checks weekly, or if the truck box has not been used for more
than a week:
1. Perform the Pre-Trip and Daily Inspection Checklists.
2. Grease the top and bottom cylinder pins on the front and rear cylinders.
Perform the following checks every thirty (30) days on the hydraulic system:
1. Check hydraulic hoses for chaffing, crimping and fasten securely.
2. Check for hydraulic leaks.
3. Make sure valves are not leaking and are operating properly.
4. Hydraulic system is entirely dependent upon tractor for its oil supply, pressure and
control. Therefore, the hydraulic system of the tractor must be in good condition
and maintained routinely. Tractor should maintain a steady, clean, oil supply of a
minimum 25 GPM at 2500 PSI for proper dumping performance of truck box.
NOTE:
PERFORM THE ABOVE MAINTENANCE ON THE MINIMUM
SCHEDULE, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
CAUTION:
BE CERTAIN THE PRECEDING CHECKLIST INSPECTIONS HAVE
BEEN PERFORMED.
NOTE:
CLEAN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AT LEAST ONCE PER YEAR.

Inspection and Maintenance Checklists

After the first twenty-four (24) hours of use, perform the
following maintenance procedures:
1.
If equipped, check all clearance lights, turn signal
indicators, and stop lights.
2.
Inspect hydraulic lines and valves for leaks, chaffing
or crimped lines.
Perform the Pre-Trip checklist whenever the tractor/truck
box has been left unattended.
1.
If equipped, check that electrical cord is properly
connected to the truck box plug, and walk around the
truck box to check conditions of lights.
2.
Check tub dump latches to ensure they are both set for
dumping to the same side.
