1.2 Overview of this Camera
The Gas Camera enables visualization of gas leak and records of images relating to gas leak, together
with associated data of inspection conditions and operational data. The camera detects possible gas
leaks in the camera field of view, and outputs images that have been processed using in conjunction
with their associated inspection data.
NOTE

This camera is not a gas detector. It is intended to be used in conjunction with existing gas
detectors to assist your conservation efforts.
∙
The quality of gas leak visualization varies depending on the external environmental
conditions.
Target gases for this camera is methane and all other hydrocarbon gases.
NOTE
∙
Acetylene and cyanide are outside the scope of inspection.
