NOTES to use wireless features

Symptoms
This device may have
wireless interference.
Bluetooth device may
malfunction or make
noise in the following
cases:
Cause & Solution
Does an error occur when accessing the app?
y Make sure that your smart device is compatible with the app.
y Make sure that the Music Flow Player app is the latest version.
y Make sure that the speaker' s front LED turns from red to white.
Does the firewall on your PC or Mac set to enable?
y Disable all your firewalls and try to connect again. Refer to your firewall' s
instruction or website.
Is the LAN cable connected to the wireless router and your PC or Mac properly?
y Ensure that the speaker and your PC or Mac are correctly connected to the
local area network and can access the internet.
y The wireless communication may be interrupted from household devices that
are using radio frequencies. Move the speaker and your PC or Mac away from
them.
Cause & Solution
y Wireless feature may not function as well in a weak signal area.
y Please install the device as close enough to wireless subwoofer.
y For optimum performance, do not install the device on metal furniture.
y When any part of your body contacts the transceiver of the Bluetooth device
or sound bar.
y When there is an obstacle, wall or if the device is installed in a secluded spot.
y When there is a device (wireless LAN, medical equipment or microwave) using
the same frequency, make the distance between the products as far away
from each other as possible.
y When connecting to the Bluetooth device, make the distance between the
products as close to each other as possible.
y When the distance between the devices is too far, the connection may be lost.
