Problem

or steam

If the appliance is still not working properly after checking the possible causes above, contact the store where
you purchased the product.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible reason
The power cord is not well connected to the mains
outlet
The appliance is turned off.
There isn't water or too low quantity in the tank.
The knob for the mist level is set to the minimum
level.
The water level in the base is too high.
Check that the tank is correctly placed and aligned on the base.
The appliance is new.
The water in the tank has not been changed for a
long time.
The tank is not put correctly and doesn't fit to the
base. The device is placed on an unstable surface.
Resonance due to not enough water in the tank.
Clearance between mist outlet and water tank
In case of incorrect use, the machine may report
that there is no water in the tank.

Solution
Check and connect correctly.
Turn it on.
Pour enough water in the tank.
Increase the level by turning the
knob.
Switch off the appliance, remove
the water tank and drain the water
from the base. Replace the tank
and switch on the appliance.
Remove the tank from the base
and drain out the water. Leave the
tank in a cool place without the
cap for about 12 hours.
Clean the tank and pour fresh
water inside it.
Place the tank correctly so that it
is firmly fixed to the base. Place
the device on a stable surface.
Add water to the tank.
Sink the mist outlet cap in water,
dry it well and use it again.
Switch off the appliance and
check that the tank is properly
placed on, the water level and the
surface on which you have placed
the appliance. Turn on the
appliance again.
