ASSEMBLY

Raise the side small lever of the
folding mechanism and open the
lever forward.

Close the folding mechanism
lever to fix the handlebar shaft.

With the lever open, lift the
handlebar shaft and adjust it so
that it is vertical.

Lower the handlebar and attach it
to the axle so that it is attached.
