Using the Touchpad
The pointer on the screen moves as you move your finger across the
touchpad.
You can open menus and input various commands just by moving the
pointer and pressing the right or left button.
Clicking
Move the pointer to the desired location and press the left button below the
touchpad. Use to click the "OK" or "Cancel" button or to select menus.
You can also perform the click function by lightly tapping the touchpad.
Double-clicking
Move the pointer to the desired location and press the left button twice.
Use to run word processing, spreadsheets, and other programs, or to open
saved documents and other files.
You can also perform the double-click function by lightly tapping the
touchpad twice.
Right-clicking
Move the pointer to the desired location and press the right button once.
Depending on where the pointer is when you press the button, pop-up
menus with various contents appear.
Note
The touchpad on the keyboard can be used to move the pointer and operate the left and
right buttons. Scrolling and other features are not available.
