Your unit has been designed and manufactured under rigid controls to assure you the most efficient service. It is a full time unit, and may be used continuously.

    Banquet shelves accommodate covered plates stacked individually, covered plates or open plates using FWE plate carriers, or servings in pans and trays, making this a perfect fit for all banquet-type operations. RBQ-96 CAPACITY: 96 Covered Plates: 11” Diameter x 2-5/8” High* 3 Shelves: 8 plates stacked 4 high per shelf.

    ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS AND GROUNDING FWE standard models operate on 110/120 volt, 60 Hz, 1 ph, A.C. (unless ordered otherwise), and are equipped with a three prong grounding cord plug for your protection against possible shock hazards.
  • Page 5 GENERAL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CONTROLS The refrigerator is factory set between 34°F and 42°F. If a minor adjustment is needed to make the cabinet colder, turn thermostat dial (located inside cabinet on blower housing) slightly clockwise. A 1/8 turn represents approximately 7°F. NEVER ATTEMPT TO USE A REFRIGERATOR MODEL AS A FREEZER BY ADJUSTING THERMOSTAT COLDER.
  • Page 6 GENERAL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR BEST USE AND CARE FOR BEST RESULTS - Your Cold-Serve cabinet should be pre-cooled for 15 - 30 minutes before loading. The compressor cycling light will go off when unit has reached the pre-set temperature. AVOID PUTTlNG HOT FOODS INTO A COLD CABINET! LOADING THE CABINET - During the loading procedure, keep the doors closed as much as possible.
