High temperature and low temperature operation stability， cooling:-15~50℃, heating:-15-30℃

1.3 Electrical design

Total new design for the E-box. Optimizing design of the E-box, fresh air cooling down the temperature

of the inverter module.

1.3.2

New electric control integrates many components into one PCB, which not only reduces the damage

rate of each component, but also reduces the cost of maintenance.

1.3.3

New electric control adopts upside-down installation method，which reduces the length of wire

connection, and avoids the dust and water falling into the PCB.

1.3.4

New electric control box material changes from metal to plastic, which not only reduces the weight, but

also avoids the short circuit caused by the PCB touching the metal box.
