WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Véritable®'s two-year warranty is valid if the product is used in accordance with the instructi ons and for its intended purpose. Claims will only be accepted on
submission of the original proof of purchase (invoice, sales slip or receipt) stati ng the purchase date, the name of the dealer and a descripti on of the product.
The Véritable® warranty lapses in case of :
•Damage caused by negligence, accident, improper use, maintenance, carrying or storage. (Especially in case of exposure to moisture of the electronic parts).
•Normal wear (ex: colors fading, abrasions).
•Loss or damage to removable parts
•A defect is caused by extreme circumstances not inherent to the device (eg. lightning, fl ooding, fi re, incorrect use or negligence);
•The device has been opened, modifi ed or repaired by unauthorized personnel (including, but not limited to, modifi cati ons through the use of unauthorized parts or
att achments).
•If the device was not purchased from an authorized reseller.
•In case of storage of the device in an inappropriate space (wet room, outside ...).
•When using other substrates than Veritable® Lingots®
Replacing LED lights:
A LED light should last over 10 years, so you will not need to replace your lights. However, if needed, replacement parts are available from Véritable®. Any servicing is to
be performed byauthorized personnel only.
