BEC Integrated Solutions, LLC takes pride in offering a high caliber
product and we are confident that you will feel the same. We offer a
1 year warranty for all products. At our sole discretion, we will either
replace or repair any door station, monitor, power supply or
accessory without charge if proven defective in material,
workmanship or operation for a period of (1) year, subject to
warranty conditions and exceptions.
If during the warranty period we cannot repair your product, we will
either replace it with a working product of the same model or if the
same model is not available, with a comparable product.
Items in this order are electronic. BEC's return policy "Does Not"
allow for the return of electronic equipment that has been installed
and/or used.
1. Inspect all boxes as soon as they are received. We will not
replace missing or damaged items if we are not informed about the
discrepancy upon receipt of the order.
2. Any returned product must be in its original undamaged boxes,
with all accessories, packaging, manuals and undamaged.
3. After 30 days, returns will be evaluated on an individual basis
and restocking/shipping fees may apply. Special order items cannot
be returned. You must obtain an RMA number from us prior to
returning any items to BEC Integrated Solutions, LLC..
