The confirmation of running data/Timing and recording of
the measurement
After the measurement is begun, check the system
pressure through detection software. Generally, the
cooling low pressure is about 7.5kg and the heating high
pressure is about 28kg under rated cooling and heating
modes. Then observe if operation under each parameter
is normal.

data in the right column, after operating about half hour,

the unit remains stable.
Check if there is a blockage in capillary during operation,
if any, replace it.
Check if there is contact between refrigerant piping and
capillary tube, if any, deal with it.
Check if wires of sensor (such as wiring, pressure sensor,
etc.) are too tight, or contact with vibrating pipe, if so, deal
with it.
Check if the value of sensor is correct.
4. Check the unit system parameter by outdoor dial code
Please reffer to the 4.2 outdoor unit parameters observation.
5. Hand over to the user
Make the trial run result to the report, provide to the user.
6. Unit maintains
According to the following steps to recycle the refrigerant when repair the unit
1) Open the unit in cooling mode, take the follwing operation after unit running stability.
2) Pull up the terminal of SV1, SV3i, Lecb. If there are any monitoring tools, manual open SV1 solenoid valve box.
3) Close the high pressure gas pipe stop valve and liquid pipe stop valve manually.
4) Set the outdoor PCB dip switch SW9/SW10/SW11 to 0, 1, 1 and observe the outdoor Ps parameter, when the
outdoor Ps below 0.1MPa, close the low pressure gas pipe quickly.
5) Cut off the outdoor power, finish the refrigerant recycling.
6) Insert the terminal of SV1, SV3i, SV31, Levb to the PCB.
