Unspecified, the pressure switches JUMO HNSPX-Ex are delivered
unadjusted.
Set points can be pre set at the factory on request when ordering. In this case,
the adjustment screw of each set is sealed.
The value of the switching point (point) varies depending on the ambient
temperature at the membrane. It is therefore necessary to take into account this
temperature for adjustment of the switching point. ____________________________
Each setpoint is independently adjustable via a set screw on each sensing
element (between the electrical connection terminals)
- Connect electrical terminals (see wiring diagram) with a multimeter.
- Screw the adjustment screw thoroughly with a flat screwdriver (width 6,3 mm).
- Power the pressure switch with the desired pressure switch (a device control is
necessary).
- Unscrew the adjusting screw until the pressure switch switches.
- Correct as desired pressure switching with the adjusting screw.
_________________________________________________________________________
Once the adjustment is made, it is advisable to vary the pressure
several times around the value of set point in order to make the contact and
to check again the switching value. If necessary, correct by means of the
adjustment screw.
_________________________________________________________________________
The switching point varies according to the temperature :
When the temperature decreases, the value of the switching point decreases.
When the temperature increases, the value of the switching point increases.
The accuracy of point of contact at room temperature 20 ° C indicated in the
datasheet 405071 corresponds to the maximum amplitude of the bar of drift for
temperatures between -40 and +100 ° C (minimum and maximum permissible
for our membranes NBR).
