The white LED indicates the quality of the Wi-Fi signal the WLX-2001 is receiving from your router:
The white LED is lit continuously: the quality of the Wi-Fi signal is good (50-100%).
The white LED is flashing slowly (1 second on / 1 second off): the quality of the Wi-Fi signal is
not optimal (25-50%).
The white LED is flashing quickly (¼ second on / ¼ second off): the quality of the Wi-Fi signal
is poor (0-25%).

The orange LED indicates the quality of the Wi-Fi signal the WLX-2003 is receiving from your router:
The orange LED is lit continuously: the quality of the Wi-Fi signal is good (50-100%).
The orange LED is flashing slowly (1 second on / 1 second off): the quality of the Wi-Fi signal
is not optimal (25-50%).
