At power up, the two line 20-character screen will display ‘Crystal Vision’ followed by the firmware version number for the control panel. All eight control panel keys LEDs will illuminate.

Selecting Up-and-down To select a particular card in a frame, press the DEVICE key to go to the Device menu.
From the home menu further selections can be made. Active function keys are indicated by illuminated, integrated LEDs. The main top-level menus for the Up-and-down module are obtained by pressing the F1- F4 keys from the HOME menu. Menu keys are illuminated when active and when further menus are available.
Video Control Menu Output standard, aspect ratio and detail enhancement are all controlled from this menu. Description Up-and-down Video control menu From the Home menu, press F1 to select the Control menu, which is then traversed by rotating the shaft control.

RGB picture level controls gain and dc offset allow control of the video image brightness, contrast and colour. These controls will be inactive whilst in bypass mode.
