Speed-limit setting

When the running speed exceeds the MAX SPEED,
the controller will cut off the motor power. MAX SPEED
default setting is 25Km/h (12Km/h to 40Km/h is
selectable).LS means Limit Speed. Press UP/DOWN to
select the desired value, and then long press MODE
(over 2 seconds) to save and quit the settings mode.
