Channels Reversed
The Loop 1 and 2 HDSL pairs are reversed at the
HRU-412 input port. Loop 1 is specified to carry the
(-) simplex DC voltage, and Loop 2 is specified to carry
the (+) simplex DC voltage.
SmartJack Loopback
Loopback at HRU-412 (remote) toward the CBA
initiated by either the (2 in 5) inband loopback code or
the out-of-band ESF data link code (Figure 7).
Network Remote
Loopback at HRU-412 (remote) toward the CBA
Loopback
initiated by upstream inband codes or from the
maintenance terminal (Figure 7).
Network Local
Loopback at HLU-200, (local) toward the CBA initiated
