- Page 5 The recycling air system of B.MASTER models allows to strongly reduce the drying time in comparison to traditional methods without damaging the carachteristics of the products. With B.MASTER we can dry all products normally driable to sun and air, for instance the majority of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and herbs.
- Page 6 (6). Setting of moist air disposal B.MASTER is provided with an adjustable shutter to manage the moist air disposal. This setting is very useful, allowing to manage the amount of air that is re-introduced in the drying circuit. A proper setting of the system can lower the energy consumption and optimize the drying process.
