This Light comes with a Cigarette Power Adaptor with the following Sequence;
1. Press the ON/OFF button to turn beacan on/off
2. Press the Flash Pattern button to change patterns
This unit may not be factory-set to Flash Pattern #1

Note: Cutting wires voids the warranty
