3.3.1 Bulkhead positioning (mod. UC120E)

1 By means of the drilling template supplied in
the annex, drill a ø 25 mm (1") hole and three 3 mm
(1/8") holes in the bulkhead.
WARNING
Install the bulkhead above the waterline.
3 Fix the cable clamp to the bulkhead using 3
screws 4.2x19 mm and the relative o-ring seals
supplied.
5 Fix the cable with not edgy plastic electrician's
cable ties.
CAUTION
Carry out the entire stroke before fixing the cable.

2 Pass the cable equipped with connector through
the bulkhead.
DANGER
Check that the cable does not touch the sharp parts
when passing through the bulkhead and that there
are no sharp parts in the hole.
4 Loosen the cable gland and adjust the length of
the cable in such a way as to ensure correct cylinder
movement during operation, then tighten the cable
gland again.
CAUTION
Check that the cable does not hinder and it does not
touch the moving and/or sharp parts to avoid wear
and damage.
6 Connect the cables as described in the "INTEGRA
Installation Instructions".
