- Page 3 To lay the tower down: If the rear mounts are completely parallel: 1. Loosen the 10 mm shoulder bolts on the front legs and swivels to allow the tower to tilt back. 2. Unthread the 10mm shoulder bolts connecting the rear legs to the base mount on each side.
