13. Secure the 90-degree fitting that is on the end of the
hydraulic hose with a hose clamp (Figure 2).
14. Attach the adapter fitting to the 90-degree fitting
on the hydraulic hose end, and install the hose end
adapter fitting into the hole in the hydraulic oil
manifold block as shown in Figure 2.
15. Secure the end of the cooler hose to the 90-degree
fitting on the hydraulic oil tank, and secure the end
with a hose clamp (Figure 2).
16. Secure the other ends of the hydraulic and cooler
hoses to the oil cooler as shown in Figure 2.
17. Secure the hydraulic hoses together with 2 cable ties
as shown in Figure 2.
18. Install the oil cooler to the housing using 2 lower
cooler brackets, 2 hex-head screws (1/4 x 5/8 inch),
2 upper cooler brackets, 2 cooler tabs, 2 spring
washers, 2 shoulder bolts, and 2 flange nuts (3/8
inch).
19. Route the oil cooler wiring (included in the main
harness from the factory) from the hydraulic tank
area through the knockout in the sealing plate and
to the temperature sender fitting on the oil cooler
(Figure 2).
20. Secure the fuel/hydraulic oil mounting plate.
Maintenance
Clean the system every year (clean the screens), or more
often, if necessary.
