Self tapping screw, (5/16 x 3/4 inch)
Installing the Step
1. Drill holes in the frame (Figure 1).
A. Locate the step kit and place it on the left frame
rail as shown in Figure 1.
Make sure the step is flush against the top and
left side of the frame rail.

Install the step.
B. Slide the step gently rearward until it is flush with
the frame surface at the mounting holes. The
front edge of the step should allow for about
3/4-1 inch of clearance for the HOC assembly
when set to the transport position.

C. Mark the drill points with a center punch.
D. Drill through only the top wall of the tubular
frame at the location using a 9/32 drill bit.
