  • Page 6 Take the electric wheelchair out of the box and press down on both ends of the cushion to put the cushion flat. Hold hands on both sides respectively, and at the same time lift up the backup tube until the spring pin is stuck in the hole, and check whether it is firm.
  • Page 7 ·Press the rotating seat down to the frame nozzle, lift the handle and rotate the movable leg tube in the direction as shown in the figure until the pin shaft snaps into the fixed seat. Turn the pedal down again. Insert the controller adjusting rod into the pipe opening under the armrest and adjust it to a proper position, and tighten the plastic screw until the controller is firm and does not shake.

Step4 Installing the battery box With the power output connector facing up, lift the battery and push it into the battery box, and then put it down until the buckle on the battery and the battery box are completely stuck.
  • Page 10 Step 6 Upholstery installation Stick the back upholstery as shown, place the seat cushion into the seat with the slope in front, press the middle part to stick it firmly with the seat upholstery. Installation finished. Step 7 Anti-tipper installation Insert the anti-tipper into the frame tube to the appropriate position, insert the bayonet to fix the hole.

Motor cable connector Joystick Joystick controls the direction and speed of the wheelchair. When pushing it, wheelchair will run. The greater the pushing range of the joystick, the greater the speed of the wheelchair. When releasing it and putting it back in place, the wheelchair will slow down until it stops running.

Charger Technical Data Input voltage: AC220V ±10% Output voltage: 24V/DC Output current: 3A 9. Usage of Charger In order to charge the battery, connect the charger with power supply and battery box’s plug.

Step 3: Unplug the plugs which connect the battery box and controller. Step 4: Connect the charger’s output plug to the battery box’s power plug. Step 5: Connect the charger’s main plug to the power supply and the red light will be alight.

If it is out of the environment temperature range, the battery is unable to function well, and can easily make battery damaged. It’s normal for the fan making a sound during charging. It is for cooling the charger, please do not worry about Prevent liquid go into the charger during charging.

System Diagnose When the indicator LED lights are blinking, it means the wheelchair has abnormalities.

In order to prolong battery life, we strongly recommend users do not to charge until battery run out of power totally. 2 Wheelchair Malfunction and Checking When malfunctions happen during the wheelchair is working, please turn off the power before check. Symptom: completely lose power, and all the LED lights on the controller panel are off.
