• Keeping your refrigerator clean avoids odor con-
tamination of food.
• Before doing a general cleaning, disconnect the
refrigerator from the outlet.
• Perishable food should be packed in a thermal
container.
IMPORTANT:
• Never use toxic (ammonia, alcohol, removers,
etc.) or abrasives (polishing soap, pastes, etc.)
products or steel cleaner or brushes when
cleaning your refrigerator. These products can
damage your refrigerator and leave unpleasant
odors inside.
• Also avoid contact of these products with your
refrigerator, as they may damage it.
• Use a soft sponge or cloth dampened in water with a neutral soap. Rinse
and dry well with a clean, dry cloth.
• To clean the external part, use only a dust vacuum or feather duster.
• After cleaning, plug the refrigerator into outlet. If necessary, adjust the
temperature control to the desired position.

TRAVEL AND ABSENCES PERIODS

• In case of prolonged absences, disconnect the plug from the outlet. Empty
your refrigerator, including ice cube trays, completely. Leave the door partially
opened, placing an object that prevents its lock, to facilitate air renewal and
avoid the concentration of bad odors.
• For short periods of absence, your refrigerator may remain switched on.
IMPORTANT:
Remember that there is always the possibility of power cuts while you are
not at home and, in this case, defrosting will cause food degradation.
