I have a soundstage A-312 soundbar Dolby atmos and it connects blutooth but no sound?
There may be no sound from the Soundstage STAGE-AT312 soundbar when connected via Bluetooth due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. The soundbar is in Standby mode. Ensure it is turned ON.
2. The Bluetooth connection is not active or properly paired. Press and hold the Play/Pause button to activate pairing or disconnect existing devices.
3. The volume is muted or set too low. Use the remote to increase volume or unmute.
4. The source is not set to Bluetooth. Press the SOURCE button on the remote to select Bluetooth mode.
5. The soundbar has entered Auto-Standby mode after 15 minutes of no audio. Wake the soundbar or disable Auto-Standby following manual instructions.
