How to Use Fastening the Arm Cuff 1. Tie the cuff on your upper arm, then position the tube off-center toward the inner side of arm in line with the little finger. 2. The cuff should be snug but not too tight. You should be able to insert one finger between the cuff and your arm. -

How to Take a Measurement 1. Ensure that the cuff is fitted properly on your arm. Press the ‘START/STOP’ button to turn on the monitor. The device will finish the whole measurement automatically. 2. The cuff will inflate. When fully inflated the cuff can feel slightly tight or uncomfortable. -
