1. After roll of labels is threaded through machine,
adjust photo eye sensor (J) to be positioned in front
of label liner. Point sensor toward desired label stop
position. (See Figure 3)
2. Plug in dispenser and flip power switch (K) to "on"
position. Labels will start dispensing.
TAKE-UP SPOOL WASTE REMOVAL
NOTE: The more label liner wrapped around the
take-up spool, the faster the roll of labels will
move through the dispenser.
CAUTION! It is not recommended to pull out the
spring clip from the take-up spool when waste is
wound around it.
1. To remove waste liner from take-up spool (H), rotate
the waste liner on the take-up spool, reversing its
winding direction to loosen the waste liner.
2. When sufficiently loose, pull waste liner off the
take-up roll.
3. Once spring clip is exposed, remove spring clip (G)
and balance of waste liner.
If labels are not dispensing properly, the photo eye sensor is not seeing the edge of the label.
1. To adjust the direction of the label, loosen the socket head cap screw (screw that is holding the dispenser bar
and plate on) with included large socket wrench.
2. Rotate dispenser plate up or down until the label correctly hits the sensor.
3. Tighten the socket head cap screw to hold in place.
