The media file maybe damaged, check if the file can be played
on PC or other devices. Check if video and audio codec is
supported.

Solution
Select 'Settings' from the home screen and navigate down to
'Remotes & Accessories'. From this submenu, select 'Add
Accessory' and repeat the steps above to put the remote
control into Bluetooth pairing mode (holding the LEFT and
HOME buttons simultaneously).
