3-3. CPU Replacement

1. Unscrew the screw of Fan module, Please following the process as
54321 to remove the screws
2. Remove the Fan module
3. Unlock the CPU socket (please follow the mark on CPU socket, should be
counter-clock direction)
4. Put on the CPU, and please make sure the triangle mark on CPU and socket
should be aligned.
5. Lock the CPU socket (please follow the mark on CPU socket, should be clock
direction)
6. Assembly Fan module
7. Screw Fan module screws as the process
