If supported by hardware and set to 'Enabled', outbound
AtomicOp Requestsvia Egress Ports will be blocked.
Options available: Enabled, Disabled. Default setting is Disabled.

the number of ID-Based Ordering (IDO) bit (Attribute[2]) requests
to be initiated.
