TROUBLE SHOOTING

1. Power not turn on.

Is the Fuse opened?

Is the connector properly connected ?

Check +3.3ST output voltage
･MAIN POWER PART (CUP12689-1)
･BN92 10pin
Has the power relay switched?
･SUB TRANS PCB (CUP12689-2)

properly.
Is IC91 5 pin around 5.3V?

Is IC91 4pin 3.3V ?

Replace IC91.
Is the control signal (STB_CNT) for the power
NO
relay drive circut nomal ?
･BN92 11 pin (3.3V) or
･D907 anode low signal (0V)
YES
If the power relay control circuit is normal,
replace ther power relay.

Replace T901 or D901/D902/
D903/D904.

Check the signal line from the u-com
(IC11 90pin) of the DIGITAL PCB,
and the soldering of the surrounding
circuits. Replace the u-com if any
abnormalities are foound.
