PROBLEM
The compressor operates with an
abnormal buzzing noise
Water shortage indicator light is
ON
Indicator lights on display are not
ON
The ice being made is too large
and ice pieces are sticking
together
The ice making process was
correct, but no ice came out
All indicators flash
simultaneously
Operates normally but the cold-
water tap produces warm water
The ice is full, but the ICE FULL
indicator is off
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING
• It is normal for the compressor and condenser surface to reach temperatures between 70°C
and 90°C during operation and surrounding areas may be very hot.
• Due to fast freezing, ice cubes may appear "Cloudy". This is air trapped in the water and will
not affect quality or taste of ice.
• If a power failure occurs due to disconnection of the power cord, or the power button has been
turned off during an ice making cycle, small ice chips may have formed and lodge in the
automatic shovel causing it to jam.
-If this occurs, the ice chips may be removed by disconnecting the power cord and gently
pushing the shovel to the rear of the cabinet and removing the ice chips, then restart.

SERVICING THE APPLIANCE

There are no user serviceable parts in this appliance. If the unit is not operating correctly, please
check the following:
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The voltage is lower than
recommended
There is no water
The pump is full of air
Blown fuse / No power
Ice of previous cycles left in
the water tray
The compressor has no
refrigerant / The compressor is
damaged / Fan motor is
damaged
Ice cubes/chips jamming /
blocking the operation of the
ice machine
Solenoid malfunction
ICE FULL sensor is damaged

SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS
Stop the Ice maker and do
not restart until the voltage is
normal
Add to some water until it
reaches MAX position
Press the power button to
restart
Replace fuse / Turn power on
Take out the left-over ice
from the previous cycle
Call the HOLB service
department
Unplug the machine, plug the
unit back in and press the
POWER button, the machine
will restart after 3 minutes
