    Turns the monitor on or off (standby). Lights in green when the monitor is on. Light in amber when the monitor is off (standby). When no signal is input or the input signal is out of range, the Power indicator blinks in amber.

    When no video signal is input or the input signal is out of range, the Power indicator blinks in amber. Note: Because of the technology used in LCD panels, screen savers will not prolong the life of your monitor . So if the monitor will not be used for an extended period, be sure to turn it off.

    Using the Monitor in the PC mode Since the inherent format of this monitor is 1280 pixels by 1024 lines, the monitor will perform best when your PC is set to a screen resolution of 1280 x 1024. If you use a lower resolution (such as 640 x 480), the image is expanded to fill the screen.
