7 Zooming in

Press ZOOM.
• Each time you press the button, the magnification changes
as follows:
x 1.8 ] x 4 ] x 8 ] x 16 ] x 32 ] x 64 ]
x 1 (normal play) ] (back to the beginning)
To move the zoomed-in position
Press cursor 5/∞/3/2.
ZOOM x4
To return to normal playback
Press ENTER.
Note:
• While zoomed in, the picture may look coarse.

7 Playing back a bonus group

Some DVD AUDIOs have a special group called "bonus
group" whose contents are not open to the public. The bonus
group is always assigned to the last group of a disc (for
example, if a disc contains 4 groups including a bonus
group, "group 4" is the bonus group).
To play back a bonus group, you have to enter the specific
"key number" (a kind of password) for the bonus group. The
way of getting the key number depends on the disc.
After getting the key number, you can play back the bonus
group using the following procedure.

Select a bonus group.
For how to select the group, see "Locating a desired title/
group" on page 39.
The key number entry indication appears as follows:

Enter the key number using the number
buttons (0 – 9), then press ENTER.
When you enter the correct key number, the unit starts
playing back the bonus group and the BONUS indicator
goes off.
• If you enter the wrong number, enter the number again.
To turn off the key number entry
Perform one of the following:
• Press 7,
• Open the disc tray, or
• Turn off the unit.
Opening the disc tray or turning off the unit erases the
memory of the key number, while pressing 7 does not erase
the memory.
Notes:
• If you specify a track in the bonus group for the program playback,
the key number entry indication in step 1 appears for entering the
key number.
• In the random playback mode, tracks in the bonus group are not
played back.
