Your smartphone is no longer compat-
ible following an update to the Android
Auto™/CarPlay™ application.
The network is unavailable.
Geo-tracking is not activated on your
phone.
Your smartphone may not be compatible
with the Android Auto™ wireless replica-
tion function.
The "Wi-Fi" function is not activated on
the multimedia system.
The "Wi-Fi" country is not configured on
the correct channel of the multimedia
system.
The "Connection fault" message may
appear for certain smartphones when
switched off, connected via Wi-Fi or in
native app mode (Radio, Navigation
etc.).

Causes
Downgrade to the previous version or
refer to the Android Auto™/CarPlay™
settings for your smartphone brand.
Find a location with a strong signal re-
ception.
Activate geo-tracking on your telephone.
Check whether your smartphone is com-
patible with the Android Auto™ wireless
replication function.
Activate the Wi-Fi function from the mul-
timedia system menu.
Configure the country in the Wi-Fi sub-
menu of the multimedia system menu.
No effect other than the message ap-
pearing inadvertently. No solution (smart-
phone fault) except leaving the smart-
phone switched on or in Android Auto™/
CarPlay™ mode.
