Function hotkey Description
<Fn> + <Esc> Puts your Joybook Lite into Sleep mode.
<Fn> + <F3> Activates or deactivates the touchpad.
<Fn> + <F5> Decreases screen brightness.
<Fn> + <F7> Switches display (from the D-sub video
jack) between your Joybook Lite and an
external display device (such as a
monitor, TV, or projector), or allows
simultaneous display.
Make sure the external display device has
been connected to your Joybook Lite properly
before using this hotkey combination.
<Fn> + <F9> Increases volume.
<Fn> + <Ins> Activates or deactivates the numeric
keypad (indicated by the light gray shade
in the illustration on the previous page.
Function hotkey Description
<Fn> + <F1> Turns WLAN on or off.
WLAN is available on select models.
<Fn> + <F4> Turns the power of the LCD panel on or
off.
<Fn> + <F6> Increases screen brightness.
<Fn> + <F8> Activates or deactivates the speakers.
<Fn> + <F10> Decreases volume.
<Fn> + <Del> Activates or deactivates the scroll lock
function. When activated, the screen
moves one line up or down when you
press the up or down arrow key ( , ).
Scroll Lock may not work in all programs.
