VIA Mobile360 M810 EVK Quick Start Guide 1. VIA Mobile360 M810 Introduction This Quick Start Guide provides instructions on how to boot from the Linux EVK system image on the VIA Mobile360 M810 system and configure the supported hardware functions in the build.
VIA_Mobile360_M810_Yocto_2.3_EVK_firmware.zip: This VIA Mobile360 M810 Yocto 2.3 EVK firmware zip file includes the boot loader, kernel and a Linux root file system images. These files are pre-installed on the VIA Mobile360 M810 to evaluate the cloud and AI functions. Users can use this package to restore the system if users mess up the system and want to go back to pre-installed environment.

VIA Mobile360 M810 EVK Quick Start Guide 4. The firmware installation process will automatically start if the bootable MicroSD card is detected. You will see the installation process on the HDMI monitor as shown below. 5. Eject the bootable MicroSD card once the process has completed and the system will automatically reboot.
To use the web-based utility to access the Network Configuration tool on the VIA Mobile360 M810 system, follow the steps below: 1. Connect the VIA Mobile360 M810 system to an x86 PC with a networking cable, plug the networking cable into the Ethernet port on each device.
3. Once connected to the web utility, select the Ethernet icon on the left side of the screen. 4. The current static IP address of the VIA Mobile360 M810 system will be displayed in the ‘Current Static IP’ field. To change the static IP address, type the desired static IP into the 'New Static IP' field, then click 'Save'.
VIA Mobile360 M810 EVK Quick Start Guide 3.2 Wi-Fi Settings The VIA Mobile360 M810's Wi-Fi module can be configured in either hotspot or station mode. Once connected to the web utility, select the Wi-Fi icon on the left side of the screen.
4. Input the password (if required) and click "Connect". 5. The VIA Mobile360 M810 system will establish a connection. Note: The VIA Mobile360 M810 does not support auto-connect after reboot. To connect to an available hotspot after reboot, repeat the steps above.

The sections below will explain the specific steps related to binding a VIA Mobile360 M810 system as well as how to calibrate and enable the available AI functions.

VIA Mobile360 M810 EVK Quick Start Guide 4.3 Device Settings The “System Settings” page allows universal settings to be configured for all VIA Mobile360 Series devices registered to an account in the VIA Fleet Cloud Management Portal.

When finished making changes, click “Save”. Note: When the VIA Mobile360 M810 system connects to the VIA Fleet Cloud Management Portal, System Settings on cloud will override the local default settings. The VIA Mobile360 M810 does not support parking alerts.
