4.4. Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) & Other Notes - Detection Parameters
 IDR 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000
All have UV (Ultraviolet) & MG (Magnetic) parameters.
Can be detected by UV (Ultraviolet) & MG (Magnetic) methods.
 IDR 1.000; 2.000; 5.000
Have UV (Ultraviolet) parameter, without MG (magnetic) parameter.
Can be detected using UV (Ultraviolet) method.
Note: User should turn off the MG function while counting these denominations.
 Other currencies
Can be counted using COUNT modes.
Note: User should acknowledge whether UV and/or MG detection methods are
suitable or not. If the notes do not have MG parameter, then please turn off the MG
while counting.

5. Error Messages and Solutions

E-10= Paper jam
Take the bill from the machine; it might jam in the middle.
E-11=Double note detected by IR system
Take the last counting bill for inspection; the thickness is not same as the previous passed note.
E-15=Size not same as previous passed note.
Take the last counting bill for inspection; the size is different from the previously passed note.
E-17 = Suspicious bill detected by UV (Ultraviolet) system
Take the bill for inspection; adjustment may be applied to adjust the sensitivity of the UV
E-18 = Suspicious bill detected by MG (Magnetic) &SA (Spectrum Analysis) system
Take the bill for inspection; adjustment may be applied to adjust sensitivity of the MG & SA
E-19 = Bill's dimension is not normallydetected by IR system
Take the bill for inspection; the color must be different from the previously passed note.
E-20= Motor problem
Check the big & small motor connector first, if there's no problem with the connector, then
need to change the motor.
E-22 = Slant/tilt note detected by IR system
Take the notes ,and put it in order, then begin counting.
