  • Page 4 1.1. Petunjuk Keselamatan * Baca dan pahami semua instruksi dan catatan pada mesin dan buku petunjuk. * Produk ini harus dioperasikan pada tegangan listrik yang tertera pada buku petunjuk.   • Page 6 Mesin terdiri dari beberapa bagian yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu: 1. Layar Depan & Tombol Bagian mempunyai layar LCD yang menampilkan hasil penghitungan, nilai nominal, lembar, fungsi pengendalian, dan lainya. 2. Stacker Tempat dimana uang yang telah dihitung akan disusun. 3. Hopper. Bagian ini adalah tempat peletakan uang yang akan dihitung.
  • Page 7 3.1. Penjelasan Tombol Start : Untuk memulai proses penghitungan (pada sistem Manual). : Untuk menghapus memory penghitungan. : Untuk mengakumulasi jumlah penghitungan. Batch : Untuk menetapkan jumlah lembar yang akan dihitung. Catatan: Fungsi Batch tidak dapat digunakan pada sistem penghitungan MIX. +1 / -1 : Untuk menambah atau mengurangi jumlah Batch.
  • Page 8 4. Cara Pengoperasian 4.1. Sambungan Listrik Hubungkan kabel listrik ke mesin dan hubungkan kabel dengan sumber listrik (PLN), tekan tombol ke arah ON. Mesin akan menyala dan tunggu mesin melakukan pengecekan otomatis (roller akan berputar pada saat ini). Layar LCD akan menampilkan angka “0” saat mesin telah siap untuk digunakan.
  • Page 9 4.3. Macam Penghitungan Pengguna mempunyai 4 pilihan macam penghitungan: MIX, dipilih dengan tombol M/S/C. Pada pilihan MIX, mesin akan secara otomatis dapat membaca denominasi Rupiah campur. Pengguna dapat mencampur denominasi Rp 10.000; 20.000; 50.000; 100.000. Jumlah total dan jumlah lembar per denominasi akan tampil pada layar LCD. SORT, dipilih dengan tombol M/S/C.

Deteksi Uang Palsu * Deteksi UV (Ultraviolet) ------ Digunakan untuk mendeteksi keaslian uang kertas yang mempunyai fitur UV. -Pada saat proses penghitungan, bila mesin menemukan uang palsu melalui fitur UV, maka mesin akan berhenti dan mengeluarkan suara, pada layar LCD akan tampil pesan error E-17 dan indikator UV akan berkedip, hal ini memberikan peringatan adanya uang yang dicurigai palsu.
  • Page 11 5. Pesan Kesalahan dan Solusi E-10= Uang terjepit. Ambil uang dari mesin, ada kemungkinan terjepit di bagian tengah. E-11= Ada lembar ganda yang terdeteksi oleh system IR (Infrared). Ambil uang yang terakhir, kemungkinan ketebalannya tidak sama atau terlalu lusuh. E-15=Ukuran uang tidak sama. Ambil uang yang terakhir, kemungkinan ukurannya tidak sama atau terlipat.
  • Page 12 E-33= Deteksi uang tidak normal/terpotong, terdeteksi oleh sistem IR (Infrared). Ambil uang, cek & rapikan dan ulangi proses penghitungan kembali. Tingkat Kesalahan Penerimaan Mesin dapat memberikan pesan kesalahan yang tidak benar, disebabkan oleh:  Posisi uang miring saat peletakan uang pada bagian hopper. ...

  • Page 19 The machine consists of several parts the user needs to acknowledge, which are listed below: 1. Front LCD Display & Buttons This part has the LCD to display counted notes, value, functions and controlling buttons 2. Stacker The counted bills will be stacked on this part. 3.

    3.1. Control Buttons Start : To start counting process (under Manual Mode). : To clear counting memory. : To set accumulation counting. Batch : To set batching counting. Note: Batch function is not available under MIX counting mode. +1 / -1 : To add or subtract batching numbers.

    4. Operating Instructions 4.1. Power Up Connect the power cord to the machine (power outlet), then plug it to apower source and turn the switch on; the unit will conduct a self-check by spanning the feeding roller. The counter display will show “ 0 ”when the unit is ready <the machine is in its normal working condition>.

    1. Put the bills in the hopper like the shown picture above as position 1. 2. Swiftly, push the bills back to position 2. The counting process and result will be shown on the display of the machine. The external display is showing the same number as shown on the machine’s display.

    4.5. Counterfeit Detections * UV Detection Function ------ Used to check all kinds of banknotes which contain UV features. -If the machine detects a counterfeit note when counting, it will stop and emit a beeping sound, while the batch display will show the message “E-17” and the UV indicator will blink and give voice indicator, alerting the user the presence of a suspicious bill.

    5. Error Messages and Solutions E-10= Paper jam Take the bill from the machine; it might jam in the middle. E-11=Double note detected by IR system Take the last counting bill for inspection; the thickness is not same as the previous passed note. E-15=Size not same as previous passed note.
