General Information DEN-1 densitometer has been designed for solution turbidity measurement in the range of 0.3 - 5.0 McFarland units (1x10 - 15x10 cells/ml). DEN-1 is capable of measur- ing solution turbidity in a wider range (5.0 - 20.0 McFarland units) however, it is necessary to remember that in this case the standard deviation values increase. -
