Trouble shooting
Please check the following points before entrusting the maintenance department.
Symptoms

Fan running noise
is too high
The fan runs but
the wind is weaker
The fan stops

Possible Causes
Adapter not properly plugged
into socket
Adapter power cord plug not
securely plugged into host
interface
The fan blade knob is loose
Fan head and front cover are
not installed correctly
Check the fan mode settings
The fan blades and the front &
rear cover are coated with dust
The timer was set and time is
up
Aging of remote controller
battery
The battery positive and
negative poles of the remote
controller are wrongly placed
distance exceeds maximum
remote controller distance
The remote controller is
wrongly matched
Solutions
Plug the adapter into the socket
correctly
The adapter will make a sound when
it is properly connected to the host
Tighten the fan knob
Firmly install fan head and front cover
It is normal for the wind force of this
product to change under the mode
other than constant wind mode
Dust will reduce the efficiency of the
wind supply, regular maintenance is
recommended
Please reset the timer
Replace the battery
Confirm battery positive and
negative electrode
Must be in the range of remote
controller
