In Windows 8.1, it is registered at the following location.

Click the [Maintenance] tab and then move the slider to
change the value of [Reduction ratio adjustment].
The adjustment value can be set within the range from -3.0% to
3.0%.

Click [Apply].

Click [Close] to close the imageFORMULA Driver Setting
Tool.
